Tickets are still available for the Outstanding in the Field dinner, which is being held on Saturday night July 27th at Branched Oak Farm, an Organic Dairy and Cheese Farm outside Raymond Nebraska. Doug and Krista Dittman, owners of Branched Oak Farm, are hosting this event. The meal is being prepared by Chef Paul Kulik from the Boiler Room. Now Open in Benson is Benson Brewery, a new American gastropub. It is located at 6059 Maple Street in the heart of Benson. Their hours are Monday through Wednesday 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m and Thursdays through Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. They describe themselves as:
