What about recommendations for a side dish for veal parmesan? Questions on how to dispose of the oil you used for that fish fry last night? You can find answers to those questions and much, much more at Food Pickle, a sort of online help center for perplexed cooks. Visitors can post questions and get answers from the collective to all sorts of food conundrums. It’s sort of like Yahoo! Answers, but with a lot less idiocy and better spelling. Check it out over at food52.com/foodpickle. — Kyle Tonniges Comments? Questions? Want more? Check out our Booked blog online at thereader.com. Or email us at booked@thereader.com.
