Cosmic Forecast, Aug. 9-Aug. 15

Philosophically, we are the Maya. Perhaps the Maya were an errant tribe of Egyptians, if we consider having “divine” rulers and building pyramids as parallel cultural hallmarks. As an adopted member of Egyptian aristocracy, Moses (the Arian-Age avatar) would have been allowed access to the Egyptian mysteries. He would take that info and incorporate it into the Hebrew mysteries (such as the Zohar and the Qabalah), where it ultimately worked its way into our modern Judeo-Christian “His precious blood” cult ethic, perhaps presenting us with a Mayan human sacrifice parallel? Ring a bell, Pavlov? The two barriers confronting our modern psychological acceptance of the Maya would be their practice of human sacrifice and their image of Quetzalcoatl the Serpent…

e LEO (7.23-8.22)  Hold on, your Magnificence. Prepare the groundwork for the 3rd Cazimi New Moon in a row, this time in your sign of Leo! Blessings are looking for a way to channel their beneficence your way — and we all know how much you like to have it your way, right? On the morning of July 17th, put it into gear. “Cazimi” means “heart of the Sun.” You are the heart. You are the Sun. Prepare. It’s your year. Be the dragon. Dragons know what they want, get it…and then move on and let the Virgos pick up the…

Cosmic Forecast, July 26-Aug. 1

Greetings, solar worshippers! Time to emerge from your domicile (ruled by Cancer) and/to catch the Sun’s smile. The Sun is finally in Leo. There are little details sprinkled throughout astrological lore, often rich in reflective wisdom. For instance, the sign of “Aquarius, the water bearer” isn’t actually a “water” sign. There’s often a truth hidden within such enigmas. One might wonder why the “season of the sun” (summer) would start with the sign of Cancer, which is ruled by the Moon. It’s because the Sun is too hot and powerful during Cancer, prompting us to stay indoors. So, now what’s your new/next excuse? We are now in the Year of the Dragon, which relates to Leo. Time to/for double…

Cosmic Forecast, July 19-July 25

The Sun moves into its ruling sign of Leo around sunrise on Sunday, heading for a conjunction with a retrograding Mercury next Saturday, the 28th. Be as one on vacation ’til Mercury’s reversal is done, on August 8th. Time to gather information on/for the book that is your life. Peace and love shall conquer all. There are no mistakes…it just seems like it during Mercury’s retrograde phases. Good luck!

d CANCER (6.22-7.22)  Thus resumes your life, but now it’s (ful)filled with the magique you’ve acquired during this last month, while transiting through the sign of Cancer. Change rearranges — first your household, renewing and refreshing your outlook and those around you (your roomies) — and…

d CANCER (6.22-7.22)  The Moon is twice as important ’til the New Moon on the Cancer/Leo cusp, late on July 18th. This should culminate a very magical month for you and all you cherish. Spread the love while la Luna resides in Taurus, ’til you wake up on Saturday. Take a short trip through the past, communicate before it gets too late and you could get “lucky” after 8:00.…

d CANCER (6.22-7.22)  Gear up/down for these next two weeks. Whatever (magique?) happened on June 19th relates to the 2nd Cazimi Moon on the Cancer cusp on July 18th/19th. I’ll scope it out for you next week. Meanwhile, let’s follow the Moon… It’s in Aquarius ’til late Friday night, and then in Pisces ’til Moonday (may I suggest the seafood?), when it enters Aries and presents you with something unexpected after sunset. Wear red to get ahead or green to remain serene. Up or down?

e LEO (7.23-8.22)  At last, it would seem…

Cosmic Forecast, June 28-July 4

Happy 236th Birthday to the United States! With the Full Moon on July 3rd, it’s time to party hearty! I’ve been all over the world and I’ve found that everyone wants to live here in these United States. True, some of them want to wipe us out first (Amerindian karma?), but such are the fortunes of a warlike nation. It’s beautiful here in “the Land of the Free.” This is where the Aquarian Age shall/will be born. Here in these United States we are experiencing the meeting/gathering of the tribes. Eventually peace and love shall conquer all, since there are no mistakes. Time to have fun.
