Many a times, arts perhaps aren’t the best “business-people.” They are at the top of the creativity spectrum, but really don’t like getting into the nitty-gritty of sales, taxes, real estate, marketing…and Omaha Creative Institute wants to help out with these sometimes dreaded tasks! Friday night they are reaching out to artists who might need help, have questions or concerns about the business-aspect of being an artist. At the event they want to get to know artists and how they can better help them with answers and resources.
