Jays prepare to tackle Terps

Jays face toughest test yet against No. 1 Maryland

Another game, another shutout victory for Creighton men’s soccer. The No. 3 Jays beat St. Mary’s 1-0 on Sept. 24, running their shutout streak to seven games. Things are about to get more difficult. Creighton will face top-ranked Maryland on the road Friday, then head to No. 7 Indiana the following weekend. Sandwiched in between is a mid-week trip to Madison, Wisconsin. to face the Badgers ... Speaking of the Badgers is there any truth to the Internet mock-ups of Nebraska in black helmets/pants? My guess is no, but I’m not opposed. Black would bring the attitude the Blackshirts seem to be missing early this season. Not so sure it could help them get lined up correctly, however, which is an even more glaring issue.
