“Drink N Draw”

March 24 “Drink N Draw” The New BLK, 1213 Jones St. 8pm, $10 donation (19_) thenewblk.com, 402.403.5619 “For art to exist, for any sort of aesthetic activity or perception to exist, a certain physiological precondition is indispensable: intoxication …” Wise words by 18th century German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche might sway you to attend The New BLK’s “Drink n Draw,” a monthly night of creative camaraderie for artists of all levels. Two personable and playful models invite the artists to drive the evening of short- and long-poses at their request; one male and one female coincide providing multiple perspectives. Bring your own tools and be ready for a fun night of artistic fabrication and foolery.
