Its time again for you to get your tickets to one of Omaha’s most fun and artsy events. The Visiting Nurses Association’s 16th Annual Art and Soup event will be held on Sunday February 24, 2013. In addition to the always abundant display of local art for purchase, there will be a wide collection of soups from your most admired restaurants for you to sample. Then you will be the judge as to which soup wins the popular vote. There are also great silent auction items to bid on as well as a cash bar. So let the fun begin for a great cause. All proceeds benefit the Visiting Nurse’s Association and the many community services they provide. Art and Soup begins with a patron party from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tickets for the parton party are $100 per person. General Admission is $50 per person and begins at 2:00 p.m. ending at 5:00 p.m. The event is being held at the Embassy Suites, La Vista, 12520 Westport Parkway. For ticket information, you can visit www.thevnacares.org
