The chance has now come for farmers between the ages of 50-80 to fulfill their lifelong dream of becoming an actor. Midtown Crossing is adding two new restaurants. Black Oak Grill, an American dining concept specializing in farm-to-table menu offerings, is expected to open in early 2013. It is one of many restaurants throughout operated or franchised by Dallas-based Consolidated Restaurant Operations, Inc. It also owns Cantina Laredo another, MTC restaurant.

Lenny’s Sub Shop, a Memphis-based franchise will also open a location at Midtown Crossing. Stephanie and Wesley Klaus, of Omaha, hope to have the MTC location open this fall, according to a press release.
