Employees at Buffalo Wild Wings near 76th and Dodge asked Earl Davis, 31, to please go outside to smoke. Davis didn't just refuse, he raged, breaking tables, chairs and big-screen TVs before police used a taser gun to get him under control. Davis was charged with felony destruction of property, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

The Omaha Police are searching for Kevin Watt, 24, in connection with the Nov. 10 murder of 25-year-old Adrian Lessley. State inspector accused of false mad cow reports
Galen Niehues, 41, was indicted by the U.S. Attorney's Office on Nov. 24 on charges that he faked mad cow disease reports. OPPD buys wind power
The Omaha Public Power District reached an agreement Nov. 18 to purchase 18 megawatts of energy from a new wind farm near Broken Bow in central Nebraska. The wind farm, built by California-based Edison Mission Group, is scheduled for completion in 2012 and will produce a total of 80 megawatts per year.
