Omaha Girls Rock expands camp

* Registration for the 2014 Omaha Girls Rock camp is now open to girls ages 8 to 18. The camp, which will take place at the Holland Performing Arts Center, 1200 Douglas St., is also offering two camp sessions. Campers can sign up for camp July 14th to 18th or July 28th to August 1st. The Faint announce new album

The Faint will release Doom Abuse, their sixth studio album, Tuesday, April 8th on SQE Music.

The 12-song album is now available for pre-order via iTunes or SQEMusic.com. Those who pre-order the album on iTunes will get a song right away and then a new song each week leading up to the April 8th release date, singer Todd Fink says.

Luke Polipnick begins Sunday jazz night

Bent Life to tour Europe in August

Lincoln hardcore band Bent Life is playing 14 dates in Germany, Austria, Poland, Belgium and the United Kingdom during three weeks of August. The five-piece band's run includes five shows in England and six in Germany. The German dates bookend the trip, ending in Hannover August 23rd. Bent Life will be joined by Light It Up and War Charge on select dates during the tour.
