Red Sky nabs Kid Rock

Kid Rock is set to bring a little hard rock hedonism to the Red Sky Festival, when he takes the main stage at TD Ameritrade Park, 1200 Mike Fahey St., Wednesday, July 20. The Detroit rap-rocker hit it big with 1998's Devil Without a Cause. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 20. As with the other announced headliners, tickets to the main stage also are good for admission to the festival's other stages during that one day. In addition to Kid Rock, the announced headliners are 311, Jason Aldean and Journey. Other recently announced acts include Sister Hazel, Five for Fighting and STS9. The festival runs July 18 through July 23. For more information, visit RedSkyFestival.com.
