Live at Maha: HERS w/ Omaha Girls Rock

Before HERS began their set on the local set, one of the bands formed at the Omaha Girls Rock camp played a song. Urban Scrunchies offered up a simple, low-key song played with a confident ease. HERS set followed with a vibe cut from 90s lo-if indie. Slacker rock guitar lines influenced by Pavement and other acts seem to be an influence on this female-fronted act. The band was perfect for the early afternoon. Perfect for soaking up from a spot on the Stinson Park grass. The set closed with HERS playing the Omaha Girls Rock theme song joined by a host of campers.
