RNG Gallery opens its doors with a ribbon-cutting ceremony November 1, 3-9p.m. at its new location in Council Bluffs, 157 West Broadway. The new building has been in “the works” for over a year according to owner Rob Gilmer, opening the first exhibit featuring Stephen Azevedo and Christina Renfer Vogel, November 4.
